Funded Mentoring

We’ve recently joined Agile Executives as Associates. Agile Executives is the biggest network of highly skilled professionals in Ireland, with expertise in many industries and areas. Their team has over 10 years of experience helping small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) grow and succeed.

As part of Agile Executives, we can now offer mentoring through MentorsWork, a fully-funded support programme for small and medium-sized Irish businesses. This programme, run by The Small Firms Association and funded by Skillnet, provides free mentoring and training to help your business grow and thrive.

How to Apply

MentorsWork 12-week business-support programme provides targeted supports to help SMEs across Ireland sustain and improve their business.

Step 1 - Apply* at www.mentorswork.ie


  • Must be trading for at least 12 months (this includes the planning phase)
  • Not be a non-for-profit or charity-based business structure
  • Have less than 250 employees

Step 2 - Once accepted, you will be required to complete a De Minimis Declaration.

This is a list of any small grants you have received (no more than €300k over 3 years of funding/ grants)

Step 3 - Onboarding Session with Agile Executives.

Once through that, you will be invited to book a one hour onboarding session. Ask for 'Andrew Walker' or 'Susana Marambio' here and you will be matched to us immediately.

Step 4 - Mentor Match.

Once onboarding is completed you will be matched with Andrew or Susana as your mentor as requested.

It then asks for other referrals: Answer: Andrew Walker or Susana Marambio ( NB section- as this means you receive Andrew or Susana as your mentor).
